We would also asses your skills and our career consultants in discussion with you would strive to place you at assignments suitable to your expertise and experience

SALARY
Based on the terms and conditions of your assignment with us , you would be paid accordingly on a monthly basis.

Holidays
The holiday year runs from usually runs from January 01 to December 31 of each year.However this would vary with the nature of the assignment. The average number of holidays in a year varies from 10-15 days.

Maternity pay and maternity leave
As a TeamLeaseTemp-staff, you are entitled to receive Statutory Maternity leave and Pay in accordance with your statutory laws.

Insurance
As a temp staff you are covered under the group insurance policies for accident & Medical.

Training
TeamLease wholly supports the idea of individual personal development. After a qualifying period, you can take up different training programs to improve your skills and personality.

Provident Fund
Team Lease would be contributing 12 %( apart from your contribution towards PF) of your basic pay as contribution towards the provident fund.

Employee State Insurance
As a temp staff, depending upon the eligibility you can avail ESIC benefits for medical needs.
