TeamLease agrees to provide services
to its associates according to the following terms and conditions
ELIGIBILITY
This program is open to Associates of TeamLease only.
The associate is eligible to earn referral payout only after the referral gets a employment through TeamLease. There is no limit to the number of referrals under this program.
ASSOCIATE ID
Associates need to give their Associate/Employee id and name in the candidate registration form. Any error in the associate name and id will result in non- qualification of CV for the referral Program.
ASSOCIATE PAY OUT
If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral award of Rs
500/- after the new employee has worked as a TeamLease associate for 90 days.
NO GUARANTEE
There is no guarantee that TeamLease would be able to provide suitable openings/Job to the referred candidate.
RIGHTS
TeamLease reserves the rights to place the associate’s referral to any suitable employment & TeamLease’s decision will be final.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Please acknowledge that you have read this agreement and understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement.
