What is employee leasing?
Employee leasing is an effective management tool, which enables you to reduce employee-related operating costs, while still retaining control of your employees.
 
Who can lease employees?
 
Every corporate, irrespective of the industry and size can lease employees. The leased employees could be taken to function in any function or department of the organization. The leased employees would report to the company representatives for the day- to-day functioning and would report into them for guidance and performance metrics.
 
What is the difference between 'Payrolling' and 'Pure Employee Leasing’?
In the case of 'Payrolling' the current employees or prospective employees as selected by the company would be transferred to the rolls of TeamLease. The responsibility for identification and selection of the employee would rest with the client. In the case of 'Pure Employee Leasing', the responsibility to identify and recruit the concerned employees would rest with TeamLease. The identification and recruitment would be done in line with the requirements of the company

Do I have to pay any fee to TeamLease if I get a job through you?
No, TeamLease does not charge the candidates for the services we offer you.

After getting selected, what is the next procedure?
After the final selection procedure, the selected candidates will have to enter into a contractual agreement with TeamLease for the project/contract period. The selection process gets completed with successful execution of the contract and an offer of placement for the individual detailing the role and responsibilities. After entering into the contract you will be subject to the rules and regulations of TeamLease and the day-to-day supervision of the client.
 
After the successful execution of contract period, does TeamLease have any binding on me?
No, once you have completed the project period successfully and you have been relieved from contract, TeamLease does not have any binding on you.
