|
What is employee
leasing? |
|
Employee
leasing is an effective management tool,
which enables you to reduce employee-related
operating costs, while still retaining
control of your employees. |
| |
|
|
Who can lease
employees? |
| |
Every
corporate, irrespective of the industry
and size can lease employees. The leased
employees could be taken to function
in any function or department of the
organization. The leased employees would
report to the company representatives
for the day- to-day functioning and
would report into them for guidance
and performance metrics. |
| |
|
|
What is the
difference between 'Payrolling' and 'Pure
Employee Leasing’? |
|
In
the case of 'Payrolling' the current
employees or prospective employees as
selected by the company would be transferred
to the rolls of TeamLease. The responsibility
for identification and selection of
the employee would rest with the client.
In the case of 'Pure Employee Leasing',
the responsibility to identify and recruit
the concerned employees would rest with
TeamLease. The identification and recruitment
would be done in line with the requirements
of the company |

How do I start
my association with TeamLease? |
|
You
can send us an email regarding your
requirement or can let us know your
interest in our services. On receiving
your mail or query, our representative
will contact you for further detailing.
We would enter into an agreement stating
the terms and conditions and the deliverables
for monitoring. This would be the basis
of our working together. |
| |
|
|
Will employee
leasing cost a lot of money? |
| |
We
work on a range of pricing models customized
to client needs. Employee leasing pays
for itself over a period of time. The
cost of leasing employees is normally
offset by reduced worker search and
fit costs, reduced employee benefits
monitoring, reduced legal exposure and
lower administrative costs. Companies
realise sizeable savings through a leasing
program. |
| |
|
|
Do I have
to enter into an agreement every time
I take an employee on contract? |
|
No,
you can sign a single agreement with
TeamLease and become our corporate client.
The additional staffing or projects
are done by means of a work order, which
becomes an annexure to the primary agreement. |
| |
|
|
What are the
terms of payment? |
| |
The
invoice would reach the company as per
the agreed timelines and the payment
is to be remitted within 7 days of invoicing.
The details of pricing and timelines
of payment would be provided in the
proposal and would be as per the final
agreement. |
| |
|
|
Who administers
the payroll of the leased employees? |
|
Once
TeamLease becomes the client of record,
your personnel are integrated within
our payroll system. We supply the payroll
according to your schedule with all
information online for your and employee
review. |
| |
|
|
Who does the
payroll accounting, pays the taxes and
maintains records? |
|
TeamLease
will compute payroll checks, monitor
benefits such as insurance programs
and employee pension plans, deduct and
pay all appropriate taxes and file quarterly
and year-end tax reports and fulfill
other statutory requirements. |
| |
|
|
Can I lease
my existing workforce? |
|
Yes.
You can convert all or part of your
workforce, such as salaried, hourly
or unionised labour to leased employees. |
| |
|
|
Will my employees
have or see any adverse or noticeable
effect or feel any difference after they
are leased? |
|
The
only difference is that employee would
be on the rolls of TeamLease. We would
provide the employee with a suite of
self-service options (e-mail, web, chat
and IVRS) to access his payroll and
personnel records. Also there would
be a career consultant to anchor the
employee for queries, training, appraisals
and feedback. |
