  Responsibilities:
 
The candidate would be responsible for handling the full cycle recruitment process.
 
Client Relation & New Clients Development.
 
Sourcing of the relevant candidates (Headhunting, referrals, contacts, job portals, advertisements)
 
Screening candidates through Preliminary interviews.
 
Scheduling client interviews.
 
Ensuring the closure of the position.
 
Inter centre coordination (in terms of no of requirements handled for other centers.
 
Collections.
 
Adherence to Processes and systems.
 
 
  Requirements
 
1-2 years of experience post MBA as Recruitment Consultants (corporate/consultancy organizations)
 
Excellent communication skills.

Sr. Career Consultant
   
 
The candidate would be responsible for handling the full cycle recruitment process.
 
In centre coordination (in terms of no of requirements handled for other centers)
 
Timely collection (both team and individual collections)
 
Adherence to Processes and systems.
 
New client acquisition.
 
Capacity Planning.
 
Process Ownership management (in terms of identifying gaps in processes and develop best methods)
 
 
  Requirements
 
3-5 years of experience post MBA as Recruitment Consultants (corporate/consultancy organizations)
 
Excellent communication skills.
 
Team management Skills.

Team Managers
   
 
Handling an entire team of Associate Consultants, Consultants and Sr. Consultants.
 
Handling entire activities & coordination with a client as Account Manager.
 
Meeting up with Clients weekly, Relationship Maintenance.

Forecasting - Revenue /Team size

5-8 years of experience post MBA as Recruitment Consultants (corporate/consultancy organizations)
 
Excellent communication skills.
 
Excellent managerial skills.
